Her little princess is here! Hayden Panettiere and her fiance Wladimir Klitschko have welcomed their first child together, her rep confirms to Us Weekly. The couple's little one, Kaya Klitschko, weighed in at 7 lbs., 14 oz., and measured 20 inches and arrived on Tuesday, Dec. 9.
Us broke news in May that the Nashville star, 25, was going to be a first-time mom. She bared her growing baby bump in a striped blue bikini while vacationing in Miami with the 38-year-old boxer in August, and confirmed the pregnancy news herself while completing the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge later that month.
"I accept my ALS Challenge," the Remember the Titans alum said in a video Nashville guest star Derek Hough posted via Instagram. "I renominate Kacey Musgraves — you're not getting out of this, Wladimir Klitschko, and my unborn child."
Panettiere continued to film the third season of her ABC drama during her pregnancy, and slipped that she was expecting a baby girl at the Emmy Awards on Aug. 25. After the reveal, she rested and took her shoes off backstage.
The Heroes alum gushed about the possibility of motherhood in the May 2013 issue of Glamour. "I've lived a very big life, and I don't feel my age, and I feel like I was born to be a mother. Sometimes people speak about [having kids] like, 'Your life ends—you're never going to be able to do anything again!' And I'm like, 'What are you talking about?'" she said. "Motherhood is the most beautiful, exciting thing, and there's nothing that I feel like I can't accomplish while having children in my life."
November of that year, she also joked of what her kids with Klitschko would look like during The Ellen DeGeneres Show. "He's got bowlegs and I've got knock-knees, so they're going to have straight legs," she teased. "And they'll be normal height."
This is the first child for Panettiere and her 6-foot-6 beau. The couple briefly split in 2011 after two years of dating before rekindling their romance in the spring of 2013. Us broke news of their engagement in March 2013.
