Justin Bieber Will Take Paternity Test, Sue Mariah Yeater

Justin Bieber's ready to prove he's nobody's baby daddy.
A source confirms to Us Weekly that the 17-year-old pop star will take a paternity test to disprove Mariah Yeater's claims that he's the father of her 3-month-old son.
"Justin's team chose to proactively make arrangements for him to take a DNA test to put this to rest when he gets back from Europe," a source close to the star tells Us.

"It's ridiculous that this story has gotten this big, and it's entirely obviously make up," says the source. "So he's doing this just to put an end to [the allegations] even though he shouldn't have to."

Yeater, 20, claims she became pregnant after a sexual encounter backstage at the Staples Center in L.A. when she was 19 and Bieber was 16. If Yeater's allegations turned out to be true, police told the Associated Press she would be investigated for statutory rape. (Under California law, anyone who has unlawful sex with a minor and not more than three years older is guilty of a misdemeanor, which carries up to a one-year jail sentence.)

So is Bieber planning on taking Yeater to court? His rep tells Us in a statement he and his team will "vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to protect Justin and hold those involved with bringing this suit accountable for their actions."
During an appearance on the Today Show Friday, Bieber professed to have "never met the woman" who claims he fathered her child. "I'd just like to say, basically, that none of those allegations are true... I know that I'm going to be a target, but I'm never going to be a victim."

wow seriously if justin is the father of her baby then why is she just now coming out and saying this why not when she found out she was pregnant or when he was first born why wait three months? seriously this woman either wants money or media attention one seriously some women these days will do anything to get attenion
its obvious that she wants publicity, why would she tell people that she had sex with a 16 year old as she is 19 ? thats setting yourself up for jail time . still a strong fan of Justin Beiber .

Well, most states have a 3-year clause. So if he is the father, she probably won't go to jail cuz they're only three years apart, cuz its not illegal, but i'm not sure if California has it, so who knows. If he is the father (but I doubt it), he should pay and take responsiblity, some people will make all sorts of excuses for Justin beiber.
LOL, she really wanted some attention and suing her will likely yield nothing, just more money on his end...obviously, she doesn't have any...if there is a court ordered paternity test, he WILL be taking it, no matter what he says.

This is really a strange story. On one hand, I think that standing up against all the public to come forward with this story takes a lot of courage and could be true because of it. She may have waited all this time to let just enough time pass so she couldn't be charged with statutory rape- there is a small timeframe in which you can be charged with that. She filed 6 days after that time frame elapsed. Also, why can't Justin say, 'I am not the father, I have never met this woman, and therefore I do not need to take a test or waste my time with this woman.' Possibly there is some doubt. Maybe he did have sex with her, and is hoping the baby is not his. Remember, even if the baby isn't his, they may still have had sex. On the other hand, there are lots of crazy people out there...
Uh, tabloid Jane, whats disgusting is the mother of a 3 month old baby going to such great lengths to tell alie and "try" and make a few bucks by lying. And either way SHE will pay, either for lying or if for some crazy reason she's telling the truth, she goes to jail for rape. THAT'S disgusting!

It takes Balz to be this girl. I have a hard time believing this story. In this day and age you can't get away with this sort of thing unless it is 100% true because of the paternity testing. Duhhhhhhhhhhh.
