Beautiful new mom! Kate Middleton looked absolutely gorgeous as she made her post-baby debut on Tuesday, July 23, just one day after welcoming her first child, a beautiful baby boy, with husband Prince William.
The 31-year-old Duchess of Cambridge carried her newborn son, swaddled in a white blanket, out of St. Mary’s Hospital in London wearing a knee-length cornflower blue bespoke crep de chine dress by British designer Jenny Packham. The dress featured an an empire waist and polka-dot print, which is similar to the green polka-dot dress Princess Diana wore when introducing Prince William to the public after his birth in 1982. Nude sling-back wedges completed the ensemble.
Middleton wore her long locks down in her signature blow-out hairstyle. Prince William opted for a coordinating blue dress shirt and dark dress pants.
When asked by the press how much hair his son has, the new dad joked, “He’s got way more than me, thank God.” He also said, “He’s got her looks, thankfully.” But Middleton responded, “No, no I’m not sure about that.”
