Kate Middleton Not Expecting Twins

Kate Middleton and Prince William aren't ready to become parents -- at least not anytime soon.

Though a tabloid recently claimed the 29-year-old Duchess is pregnant with twins, a palace rep tells Us Weekly that she is not currently expecting any children.

"Suffice to say that were it true, it would be us that announces it, not a gossip magazine," the couple's rep tells Us.
That doesn't mean that William and Kate aren't looking forward to the day they finally become parents.

"I think we'll take it one step at a time," William, 29, said in November. "We'll sort of get over the marriage thing first, then look at the kids. But obviously, we want a family."

14I think they should be left alone with the baby thing. This is their business and no one elses and when they are ready they will have children. They should be left to enjoy the start of a wonderful life and marriage together. They are such a beautiful couple and I just hope they can be left alone with out all the rumors, like poor Princess Diana had to endure.
When I first heard the rumor about a twin boy and girl, I thought they must have had some medical help to get pregnant and take care of the "heir and spare" (Girls being spare heirs too) ASAP. Now it turns out the pregnancy is just that, a rumor. But I can believe William and Catherine, being modern, informed adults, might use fertility technology IF the need arises, and perhaps share the experience to support other couples with these problems.
I didn't realize 29 was "up in age." That's a little drastic. Let them enjoy a few years of married life first, she has time.
These royals have plenty of time to become parents and raise children. They need time to get to know each other as husband and wife. People as well as lives change once you marry. They have plenty of time, I had my last child at 34. So Kate and William don't rush, parenting takes up much of your life.
They are both young. They need to get into there work schedules, Catherine needs to fill out relax and it will come. Catherine still has things to learn and with Williams help things will come.
Yeah, imagine if she can't have babies. Could the royals, the palace accept a surrogate mother to carry a baby for them? In this modern times, they might not even care. Diana went through the virginity test, the push to have a heir and spare, she did it all, then she finally freed herself from this " traditionalists" when she found out that they were not backing her up on the issue of Charles's mistress. After that scandal, the palace seems to not care at all about these old tradition rules since the heir to the throne has strayed.
OH' one more thing...Kate and William have been playing house for many years,its time to get down to business...that is part of the job.....to carry on the linage.....But I feel that they may not have any children...I sure hope i am wrong.m .
Kate and William, should start trying for a family soon. Kate is up in age almost 30 u never know when it comes to bearing children.....some woman have a hard time concieving. William and Kate have the pressure to provide a heir and a spare like Lady Diana. I would start as soon as possible within the first year of marriage.. or harry is going to have the pressure on him... m

She did the right thing, married for love, didn't play the " I'm pregnant" card to get her prince, her prince loves her, they are going to be parents when they are ready. It is the right thing, not what certain desperate starlets, celebrities or models are doing to get their men to marry them or to give them $$$. Strange is that no one played this card on George Clooney. Mel Gibson, Ryan Phillip, Hayek's husband, and others fell into this situation. Dumb guys, should have used protection.
Pregnant !!! They just got married for petes sake, let them enjoy the honeymoon.
I liked Kate..nice, refreshing change from Kim, Angelina, Jen and the rest we have shoved down our throats.
Maybe she's not pregnant , but Blake Lively totally looks pregnant lately. Is Blake Lively pregnant or has she just gained alot of weight around her midsection?
Leave the woman alone, for crying out loud!
