Video: Khloe Kardashian "Freaking Out" About Possible Infertility

Khloe Kardashian has long been patient as she struggles to get pregnant with her first child, but on the finale of her reality series, Khloe & Lamar, the reality star has had enough with waiting.

In a new scene from Monday's episode, Kardashian, 27, vents her conception frustrations to her husband, Lamar Odom, after enduring another round of fertility testing.

"I'm sorry for snapping at you and being on edge lately but I've been holding a lot of stuff in and trying not to bother you, but I've been freaking out about why I'm not pregnant," Kardashian tells her hubby, 31. "It's scary [thinking] "Oh God, what if I physically can't have kids.'"

Odom is sympathetic to his wife's concerns. "It'll work out. If something is wrong, that doesn't affect anything [we're] going to do [as a couple]," he reasons. "We're not going to give up."

Kardashian, who wed Odom in September 2009 after just 32 days of courtship, already knows what life would be like as a mom, and insists she has plenty of child-rearing experience under her belt.

"I help [sister] Kourtney a lot with Mason," she has said. "Kourtney's an amazing mom, but I've raised my little sisters Kendall and Kylie; I know I would be an amazing mom."

@Khloe Kardasian I am pretty sure you will have a child soon. Only God know the answer to that. Don't stress yourself out too much and don't keep on worry too much because the more you do that the more it likely to postpone the pregnancy. My husband and I been married for over a year and we have not started having children yet. While we are young we continue to enjoy the marriage life as well and keeping it healthy. Khloe Kardashian my advice for you is to pray and ask God for those thought of plan on your behalf. My prayer are with you and your husband as well. Hope one day you'll be able to have one.

If ahe would just unstress herself and relax she'll probably become pregnant without a problem. But please, enough of the drama already & has anybody else wondered why these 3 sisters appear to be in competition with each other????

Lamar acted just like my husband when i shared my worries of not getting pregnant, we've been married for almost 2 years, and everybody keep asking why i havent got preggo yet, so stressful!.. but hey, after our second honeymoon to Bali.. im 2 months pregnant now...and a perfect time, when we feel really ready financialy, God knows what's best for us. dont worry khloe, God has prepared the perfect time.

I know all too well what this is like. I have PCOS and it took me and my husband 11yrs to be blessed with our first child, just after my 30th birthday. It can happen. Even when it feels as if it may never be. Im living proof, if you dont give up and pray another what feel is hopeless prayer, God hears you! He does... dont give up!

Barbara, you're right. After two miscarriages and a year of unprotected sex and no baby, my husband and I started to accept the fact that we might not have and kids. We bought a boat last summer and a month later, I got a positive pregnancy test! God's sense of humor always makes me laugh =)

Julie, it doesn't matter how many kids are around. If having a child of her own is what she really wants, no amount of stepchildren or nieces and nephews will ever fill the void. I raised three nephews and two nieces, and until my husband and I got pregnant, there was a part of my life that felt empty. It's true what they say- when you stop trying is when it happens!

The time will come when it's right....I'm not 100% convinced she is ready to give up the partying lifestyle. There's still plenty of time, she's only 27...when they stop "trying" to get pregnant, it will happen :)

Lamar already has two kids anyway so it shouldnt matter if she cant have any especially as she has a nephew as well so there wouldnt be any lack of kids in her life.
