Lisa Rinna has the answer. "Good news," Rinna Tweeted Tuesday. "the sheen babies r being well taken care of by our beloved nanny that was with us for 6 yrs. she is a god send."

On Monday, his wife Brooke, 32, moved from Malibu rehab The Canyon to "an undisclosed facility," according to her rep; she is reportedly fighting an addiction to crack.

Bob and Max were born in March of last year. The couple married in May of 2008 -- and made headlines for a 2009 Christmas day incident in which Charlie attacked his wife and threatened to kill her. He faces one to three years in prison for the felony menacing charge.

Obviously the kids are living with a member of the Sheen family, and they've hired this Nanny. This article makes it sound like this Nanny is the only one taking care of them. What's the big deal she used to take care of Renni's kids??? Does that make her special???
The grandparents are in their late 60's. Do you think it would be easy for someone of that age to take care of two babies? How about some who takes care of children as a professional?
Brooke's crack addiction?-are you freakin kidding-what a loser bee-yotch-she just had twins and she can't stay off the crack? no wonder Charlie put a gun to her head-how would you like some cracked up bee-yotch taking care of your babies-she is married to a celebrity has 2 beautiful baby boys and alll the money and nice real estate in the world to entertain herself and she runs to the crack-what an idiot-I knew there was more to this-after hearing that I don't get why Charlie is the bad guy-

While I can understand being disgusted with the drug use, you should be thanking god they have gotten into rehab FOR the sake of those two babies. Lets hope it works. Certainly can't understand why family doesn't have the babies, her mother has been in the press and Charlies family is well known, what is wrong with those people to allow a nanny to be doing it all. I have a feeling US magazine has screwed this story up like they do 99% of the stories written here. I bet a family member is with them and the nanny. Sure love the way Charlie Sheen's people have been spinning the reason he entered rehab.....nice try but no one is buying it.

I agree with Bobo. Most foster parents do it just for the money and the kids get treated badly! Bobo you are right that doctors are the bigest group of drug dealers!! Being addicted to prescription medications (no matter the type of medication) does make you a drug addict!! Those poor kids are the ones suffering. I hope rehab helps at least 1 of the parents kick their bad habit and that they can be the parent those boys need. It IS possible for adicts to get clean and stay clean tho don't happen as often in Hollyweird. The kids are better off with a nannjy that if CPS would have gotten involved the kids would be in foster care and that would more likely be alot worse than the boys being with a trained nanny.
I am a mother of an 8 month old baby boy, and I say SHAME ON BOTH OF THEM, especially the MOTHER!!!!!! she doesnt deserve to be a mother. Hollywood is a joke, she probably did drugs to get het BODY back and have USWEEKLY talk about how great her post baby body is, worry about your angelic babies, losers
No grandsparents available or aunts - uncles on either side of the family? Jeez - that is sad - just someone who earns a paycheck - Nanny is able or willing to give darn about two little ones...

OH the poooor babies. They would not be better off in Foster care! Most of the people who look out for foster kids do it for the money; Not the Children! Anyone can become a drug addict so don't throw off on them! One day you may be that low life drug addict! Doctors are the biggest group of Drug Dealers in America today! Just because you get your dope from a doctor; that does not mean that you are not a drug addict. Think about it!
The Sheens are going to be really sorry they didn't grow up sooner. In a few years they will have two boys that act just like their parents.

Those poor babies. There's two sets of grandparents, use them instead of nannies. I say let denise watch them. She is alot better of a parent then charlie. No drug or alcohol problem, takes well care of her girls, has them in a safe home. Why have kids when you have drug problems. Losers.
These 2 pathetic, abusive, alcoholic, drug addicted, idiot fools, should have NEVER had kids. The poor babies, conceived by these 2 horrid people, and have to be raised by parents like these? These adults will never get straightened out, abusive Charlie has proven that. Wish he'd disappear from the public eye, have no idea who would watch a tv show with this sick0 man in it.
