Mario Lopez Hopes New Baby "Turns Out Half as Cool as My Puppy"

Mario Lopez says he hopes his unborn baby with girlfriend Courtney Mazza is as fun as his French bulldog puppy, Julio Cesar Chavez Lopez.
"If my baby turns out half as cool as my little dog, then we're set!" the Extra host, 36, tells Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show. "I love my dog!"

Lopez and Mazza -- who met in 2008 while co-starring in A Chorus Line on Broadway -- are expecting their first child together this fall.

"I am so excited dude, I'm fired up! I'm like a little kid waiting for Christmas!" he tells Seacrest.
Lopez -- who won't find out the baby's sex beforehand -- says his family has been impatient for him to become a father.
"This is really late for me. In Mexican years I should have three to four kids right now!" he jokes. "My family was like 'About time!' when I told them!"

Lopez -- who rose to fame playing A.C. Slater on sitcom Saved by the Bell and competed on Dancing With the Stars -- announced the pregnancy on March 10.

Imagine how excited his family would be if he actually married the mother of this baby. It seems Mario's parents did a half-arse job of raising him. He couldn't stay married to Ali for longer than 2 weeks and now he has a child with some dancer chick? I think dancer chick needs to get something on paper because this guy with his cool puppy is just about the stupidest man I've ever come across.

Umm...a dog and a newborn is two completely different things. Men are always the immature ones when it comes to babies.
