Leave it to Nicky Hilton to make a fashion statement with her stroller. The mom of 1-month-old Lily-Grace has been pushing a $1,699 bedazzled pram designed by Moschino creative director Jeremy Scott.
The three-in-one Cybex Priam Carry Cot by Jeremy Scott comes complete with a bassinet (the mattress boasts memory foam!), the Aton Q Infant Car Seat and a luxe stroller seat suitable from birth until 4 years of age. Of course, Scott — whose motto is “Life’s too short to wear boring clothes” — infused flair into the all-black travel system by adding signature gold wings, plus trekking wheels with shiny gold spokes.
But his main concern: safety. “From the start, I knew the products were really well designed and tested,” Scott told The New York Times. “I mean, this is a German company. They are very rigorous, to say the least, about safety tests.”
Hilton, 32, and her banking heir husband, James Rothschild, welcomed their little girl on July 8.
Back in May, Hilton’s sister, Paris Hilton, exclusively revealed to Us Weekly the sex of the baby. “She’s going to be such a beautiful little girl, and I can’t wait to meet her,” Paris said at the time.
“Now that I know it’s a girl, it’s getting easier to buy things for her. I love all the dresses I got her,” she continued. “There are so many beautiful dresses and little princess outfits. So I can’t wait to see her in them.”
Hilton and Rothschild got engaged in August 2014 while vacationing in Lake Como, Italy. They tied the knot at Kensington Palace in London in July 2015.
