Penelope Cruz and her husband Javier Bardem took seven-month-old son Leo out for an afternoon stroll in Spain Monday with a few famous friends -- Cruz's brother, Eduardo, and his girlfriend Eva Longoria -- in tow.

Monday's outing in Roses, Costa Brava offered a rare glimpse of Cruz and Bardem's tot, born January 22.
Despite their superstar status, Cruz, 37, and her husband, 42, have made a conscious effort to give baby Leo a normal life.

"I want my son -- and my kids if I have more -- to grow up in a way that is as anonymous as possible," Cruz has said. "The fact that his father and I have chosen to do the work that we do doesn't give anybody the right to invade our privacy."
Cruz's pal, Salma Hayek, says the Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides actress is a natural when it comes to raising a child. "Penelope is a motherly creature, a warrior by nature," Hayek told Vogue earlier this year. "I told her that little boy is the luckiest boy in the world."
