In knee-high leather boots, leggings, and a t-shirt, she ran errands around town as she clutched tiny Mason. Her baby boy with boyfriend Scott Disick was born on Dec. 14.

On Twitter Wednesday, the 5-foot-1 star clarified how much weight she gained during pregnancy -- more, not less! "I gained 40 pounds while pregs, not 26!" she wrote.

During the pregnancy, her mother Kris Jenner told UsMagazine.com that she and Kourtney both planned to lose weight via QuickTrim, the dietary supplement for which Kim and Khloe are spokespeople.

I also wanted to say this women is not the 1st women in the world to wear heels while carring a baby! Some people just have to find something to say, right!?! (and it's not like she has on spike heels)
NO baby is an accident, maybe a surprise but not an accident. Babies are always gifts from GOD!!!!!! Little Mason is so cute. Cherish these moments Kourtey and forget what everyone else says or thinks!! Because if you are talking money this girl does not need it! Silly comments on here. Sounds like most of these people have never had a baby. Besides vast numbers of babies are mistakes and turn out great so long as they have love and support regardless of family structure. Though traditional families are preferable, nontraditional is OK too, so long as there's family. Besides, she may not want to marry him, the future may hold someone better for her.
I'm not a fan of the Kardashians, but I think for being a new mom, she looks normal, which is a good thing! She looks good. I think all new parents look tired, not always camera ready.

Not worried about her carrying the baby while wearing heels (really people, get a grip).....HOWEVER, I hope she will talk to her pediatrician about whether or not it is safe for her to take a diet medication (which occasionally contain strong stimulants) while breast-feeding. If she is breastfeeding that is. I thought I read that she was going to.

I have two children (one is 2) and I wear high heels while carrying her all the time! I've never fallen. Quit saying $h!t about her heels. She's fine.
