Sandra Bullock Watched Sunny, 6, While Jesse James Was in Rehab

Jesse James confirmed during a custody hearing Monday that ex wife Sandra Bullock watched over his 6-year-old daughter, Sunny, while he spent time in rehab earlier this spring.

While testifying in Orange County, Calif. against his porn star ex wife Janine Lindemulder, James said, "I talked to her [Janine] on the phone before I went to rehab in Arizona. I let her know that she [Sunny] would be staying with her stepmother in Texas."
Sunny also visited James while he was at Arizona's Sierra Tucson rehab facility shortly after admitting to an extramarital affair with Michelle "Bombshell" McGee.

Lindemulder has said she fears Sunny loves Bullock more than her. "All Sunny talks about is Sandy, Sandy! Wtf?!" she wrote in emails -- filed as court evidence -- to James' sister Julie James England.
Monday's court hearing was over James' plans to move to Austin with Sunny to be closer to Bullock and her adopted son, Louis Bardo.

"Jesse would not relocate his family [Chandler, 15, Jesse Jr., and Sunny] without consulting with her," a source recently told Us Weekly of the couple, who are talking again despite finalizing their divorce in June.

CHICAGO â?? The pace of former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich's corruption trial has taken a lot of people by surprise â?? including, apparently, his own lawyers. They are expected to argue before the presiding judge as soon as Tuesday for several extra days to prepare their defense. As proceedings began early last month, it was widely believed prosecutors could take as long as two months to get through their witnesses. They say they could be done this week, possibly even on Tuesday.
i don't think jesse is stalking her. its been made public that Jesse has consulted her about the move. Sandra also publicly stated that she would like to co-parent his 3 kids and also would like Louis to know Jesse as the father his other kids know him to be. is it so wrong for Jesse to fight for the normalcy he had with Sandra, for Sunny's sake? Sandra has a heart of gold to continue caring for his kids. i hope this all ends soon, so the kids can begin healing!
Yes these children have biological mothers, but that does not make them a Mom. Last time I checked Porn Star, alcohol, and drug addicted didn't fall under the job description of a mom. When these so called mothers learn to put their children before everything else in the world---then and only then can they call themselves MOM.
I think it is great that they are still co-parenting together after all that has happened! That show's what a great person Sandra is, even though Jesse cheated on her she's not forgetting about the kids best interests! Way to go Sandra!!!!!

These children have MOTHERS who reside in California I think it's unfair to them to be moved to Texas so he can try to worm he's way back into his ex-wife's life!
Sandra is NO longer these kid's stepmom, because she and the lying cheating sicko lowlife are divorced, and Sandra did not adopt these kids. Jesses's kids have moms, they have grandparents, Sandra is NO longer a part of their family as Jesse is trying to keep her by using the kids, moving and buying a house in Austin. I'd get a restraining order against this guy or get him for stalking. Kids are resilient, they move on and adapt and adjust, I know, I used to be one. Yes Sandra can see them at times, call them, but they are NOT her responsibility, they have lots of family. She's not their baby sitter anymore as Jesse was using her for, to raise and take care of HIS kids as he and their mom's are crap. Jesse knew what he was marrying and having kids with with his first wives, that's HIS problem, what he chose. But they were better matches for him than Sandra, for she's not white trash. How can Sandra move on with Jesse after her like this with his kids? NOT RIGHT. What a total creep he is, How in the hell did she marry this gross guy in the first place? Now she seems to be stuck with it all even though they're divorced. Eeeeew.
Sandra is a beautiful person inside and out. Sunny is a very lucky little girl to have her.

Sounds like Sandra has been the only constant in Sunny's life for sometime now. Janine has no one to blame but herself. Sunny doesn't know her because she can't get her stuff together long enough to be part of her life. It's not Sandra's fault. Grow up, lady.
