Video: Spencer Pratt Worries That Heidi Montag Is Pregnant
In this exclusive clip of Tuesday's Hills episode (watch above), Spencer Pratt worries that his wife Heidi Montag might be pregnant.
He confides in a pal that he took her to Hollywood sushi hot spot Katsuya "for a little alcohol test." He says she didn't even have a sip.

"What if she's already pregnant?" a worried Pratt, 26, asks his pal, adding that if that's the case their marriage is "game over."

The 23-year-old Montag -- who eloped with Pratt just one year ago this month -- has long been vocal about her desire to have kids.

Now I'm wondering if even the marriage is a publicity stunt to get more pr with a comment like that from Spencer--that having a baby would be "game over" for their marriage. He is saying that the marriage is a game, and that he is "a baby". Sorry Spence, but haven't you heard that marriage is not a childhood game and that babies can and do result from them? That's why women these days should really think twice before marrying these young immature guys, especially if they want children. No wonder Heidi's parents don't approve of the way she and Spence ran away and eloped like a couple of teens. Heidi ignored not only her parents' but her own inner gut feeling of the tale-tale signs of Spence's behavior and attitude that this wasn't a good idea. Just desperate to get married. She is just as irresponsible as he is. I don't see this union seeing next summer, baby or no baby. If she is pregnant, then good for her that she gets what she wants; but not good since Spence does NOT want this and walks out on her. They had plenty of time to resolve these differences before marriage.

I'm sorry but this show has been on MTV for way too long. I first watched 2 seasons of it and got bored of the same runaway stories. Besides if it were true, wouldn't this guy be freaking out and not so calm in the scene. I'm tired of these couple. One reason I don't bother much with MTV anymore- same boring stuff.

If he wants to leave her fine! But to walk out on a baby, very low! If he had any values he would maintain his parental responsibilities with or without Heidi. Heidi is also a moron if she needs to trick someone into getting her pregnant. This has been a shallow relationsip from the beginning.If all their relationship is based on fame and good looks then what are they going to do when the cameras stop rolling and they're not young anymore? If he's not ready then Heidi should respect his boundaries just as she would expect him to respect hers.
