I have a 5 year old son with a condition called macrocephaly, which basically means he has an abnormally large head. I keep his hair a little longer than "normal", and since it has some curl to it, the size of his head looks diminished. Yes, I get a lot of comments from people thinking he is a girl, but he sets them straight right off by telling them that he is a boy.

people need to care less on what people think of them and more on what they think of themselves all of these children are beautiful and handsom in their own way rather they think so or not it isnt about looks it is about who tou are inside.
