Miranda Lambert and Miley Cyrus have something in common: they both can't resist taking in abandoned dogs!
On Wednesday, Lambert, 28, shared a pic of her and hubby Blake Shelton's newest canine edition with her Twitter followers.
"Um….new addition. Emmy Lou! Ok ok I know I need to stop. But she was in a ditch!" the Pistol Annies star wrote.
Emmy Lou, an adorable blonde puppy, is the second pooch Lambert has taken in in the past six months and joins the Shelton-Lambert canine brood that's already eight dogs deep. In November, she singer adopted a 7-month-old stray, who she named Ophelia, after she was spotted wandering around her neighborhood.
Lambert is well aware of her four-legged friend addiction, but can't seem to fight the force.
"They just come to me! I'm an animal magnet!" she tweeted on Thursday.
Earlier this month, Cyrus, 19, took in a stranded, pint-sized pup of her own, who she fondly named "Happy."
"He was left in a box in front of Walmart. I don't understand how people can be so cruel. That's why we named him Happy," the starlet explained to her Twitter followers.
