Go Babs! Barbra Streisand made a return to late night TV on Monday, Sept. 15, for the first time in 50 years — wowing the audience and fans with an amazing duet with Jimmy Fallon.

Streisand, whose last appearance on evening television was in 1967 when she was a guest on Johnny Carson's Tonight Show, came back with a bang to publicize her new album “Partners” which features well-loved duets with a string of famous collaborators including Elvis Presley, Blake Shelton and Michael Buble.

And in order for Streisand to showcase her favorite duets from the album on his show, it fell on Fallon to fill in for the Funny Girl's high-profile singing partners.

"Of course Elvis is no longer with us," the show host explained. "So standing in for Elvis, Blake and Buble will be me."

Fallon donned an Elvis wig for his rendition of "Love Me Tender," and then proceeded to perform impersonations of a Stetson-wearing Shelton and an emotionally charged Buble.

Talking after the performance, as Streisand took the host's chair behind the Tonight Show desk, she admitted Fallon's musical performances had exceeded expectations.

“Actually, I was very impressed with you. You’re very good,” the Oscar winner proclaimed.

“I gotta be honest,” Fallon replied. “I thought you might be a nightmare, or a diva. But, you were nice to everybody here. You are allowed to be a diva. What did you do with Barbra Streisand?!”

“I’m quite ordinary," replied Streisand. "We lead a simple life. We don't really like the big-time stardom thing. We take little trips in a truck. My husband drives," she added, of life with James Brolin.

At one point in the interview, Fallon held up the cover for her 1977 album Superman, showing a sexy Streisand wearing nothing but a T-shirt.

"That's when the tush was up," the actress and musician joked.

Streisand ended her late night TV show experience with a solo performance of "Come Rain or Come Shine."
