Reps: Brooke Mueller Not in Rehab; Didn't "Sign Divorce Papers"
Brooke Mueller's rep is squashing reports she is headed back to rehab -- and Charlie Sheen's rep is denying they've filed for divorce.
On Tuesday, it was reported that Mueller -- who entered rehab this past February for an addiction to crack -- is seeking more treatment. But her rep, Elliot Mintz says: "What we are really talking about is not rehab ... Brooke is receiving professional help in the area of stress management."
The news broke the same day that her estranged husband's car was stolen from his home in a gated Los Angeles community and driven off a cliff. Oddly, the same thing happened four months ago.
Meanwhile, Sheen's rep is denying reports that they're splitting for good.

Though they have been living apart since Sheen was arrested on domestic violence charges on Christmas Day, "They did not sign divorce papers," his rep tells UsMagazine.com. "The only thing they signed was an agreement regarding terms if they ever decide to divorce. No more; no less." See the top 10 volcanic relationships.

What does she have to be so stressed about? She doesn't work, has nannies taking care of her kids. I guess trying to stay away from crack full time is stressful. And having to deal with charlie.

All I have to say is.....where's DYFS???? Honestly. Every impoverished, drug addicted, abusive adult is watched over by the system in this country, to assure they are capable of being parents and that the children are protected. These two nutjobs are TERRIBLE parents. She's a crackhead, and he's bashing her head into a wall. NOT an environment for children. Is anyone watching what these children are being exposed to, or if "mommy" is not lightin up her crackpipe with one hand, and holding her baby in the other. Someone should SERIOUSLY look into these two, and take those kids away!!!!!
Denise got away just in time! Two addicts together is always a bad scene. Addicts are always about themselves, everyone else is just a puppet in their story.
