A new preview from Diane Sawyer's sit-down interview with Bruce Jenner shows the former Olympian telling the ABC News veteran that "2015 is going to be quite a ride"

So much to be said! Diane Sawyer stopped by Good Morning America on Friday, April 24, to tease her two-hour 20/20 special with Bruce Jenner, including a sneak peek from their interview.

"Everybody wants to know — what's going on?" George Stephanopoulos asked his ABC News colleague.

"Ah, George," Sawyer replied. "I think we can all agree that some stories should only be told by the person who lives them, and he wants to speak directly to them."

She explained that the interview was conducted "over several days, long conversations." Toward the end, the veteran journalist asked the former Olympian whether she had missed anything pivotal from her list of questions.

In the preview, Jenner reflects for a moment and says: "If I were you, what question would you ask me?" He squints his eyes and replies, "'Are you going to be okay?'"

Sawyer then asks that exact question. "Are you gonna be okay?"

"Yeah," Jenner replies. "I hope I'm gonna be okay. I feel like I'm going to be okay. 2015 is going to be quite a ride. Quite a ride."

Stephanopoulos noted that there was a lot to be digested from the quick 15-second preview. "What do you hope people get out of this?" he asked Sawyer on Friday.

"I hope people talk with other people, with family, with friends, because there is so much to think about. Not just what he's going to tell you, but about everyone's life," she shared.

Sawyer also noted that her team spoke to those closest to Jenner including his sons Burt, Brandon, and Brody Jenner, as evidenced in Thursday's promo.

"We talked to members of his family including his little older sister, who tells us what she saw when they were growing up," Sawyer revealed Friday on GMA. "I think you're going to learn about family love."
