Guess he's not baking cakes today. The star of Cake Boss, Buddy Valastro, was arrested in NYC early Thursday, Nov. 13, on drunk driving charges.

Police told NBC New York that 37-year-old Valastro was charged near Hudson Yards after cops spotted his yellow 2014 Corvette "driving erratically" along 10th Avenue. According to the New York Police Department, Valastro's car was swerving in and out of lanes at around 1 a.m., when he was pulled over.

The TLC star then failed multiple field sobriety tests, and was booked in Manhattan's Lower East Side after it was confirmed that he was, indeed, intoxicated.

Valastro, in his first ever offense, was slapped with a DWI charge.

The pastry chef wiz rose to fame after his reality series Cake Boss, which chronicles his family's business, premiered on TLC in 2009. Valastro took over his family's Hoboken-based bake shop, Carlo's Bakery, two decades ago after his father passed away.

The father of four gave an interview to Cupid's Pulse in May, where he gushed about family values. "My dad taught me to look at the bigger picture," he told the site.
