Thanks to a probation violation related to a 2007 DUI, the 24-year-old actress was recently sentenced to 90 days in jail, followed by 90 days in rehab (she previously served 84 minutes behind bars in 2006). Her jail stint was set to begin July 20.

The reality star was sentenced to 30 days for violating her probation stemming  from a 2007 DUI; due to overcrowding, she served just three hours in July 2008.
