Casey Anthony Reports for Probation in Florida

Casey Anthony is back in her home state.
On Wednesday evening, the 25-year-old woman -- some say America's most hated -- reported to the Florida Department of Corrections to begin a one-year probation term, the Orlando Sentinel reports. No other details were released. Anthony's probation stems from a 2010 check-fraud conviction.

In mid-July, Anthony became a free woman after she was acquitted in the 2008 death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee.

She has kept an extremely low profile ever since, and was spotted only once in Ohio in early August. Her attorneys had initially argued that going back to Florida would put the infamous young woman "in great peril."
