Chris Brown, Drake End Feud After Brawl, Recording Music Together
Maybe they can make sense of Rihanna's new "Pour It Up" video together? Chris Brown and Drake seemed to have called off one of the biggest recent beefs in hip-hop and R&B -- calling off their feud and, it seems, recording music. "Hangin with Drake in the studio," Brown, 24, wrote on his Facebook page early Thursday, Oct. 3. No word yet on the nature of the musical collaboration, but rapper Drake, 26, could potentially be one of the many guests to appear on Brown's upcoming X album, due in November.
In any case, the bro time is a promising turn of events for the pair, whose respective posses came to blows last year in an NYC nightclub after Brown sent over bottle of champagne to Drake's table, with Drake replying with a snide note. Both men have been romantically linked to Rihanna, 25.
A source tells Us Weekly that both men officially buried the hatchet in Las Vegas at the recent IHeartRadio festival in Las Vegas. The "Started from the Bottom" rapper visited Brown's dressing room before his performance.
"They made peace and are cool now," the source says. "Rihanna is in the past and all the drama. They decided to start fresh and be cool with each other and they are now."
