Heidi Pratt is nervous about her first live performance at this Sunday's Miss Universe competition.
"I have butterflies. I am having my first performance in 3 days!!!!" Pratt — who just posed for Playboy — posted on Twitter Thursday morning.

The Hills star promised host Billy Bush she'd try to avoid lip-syncing.
"i am also excited to hear you sing…don't lip synch mama, i'll be right there on stage with you…i want LIVE, no net!" Bush wrote on Twitter.

Pratt replied: "haha don't worry my performance at Miss. Universe will be as live as can be!!"
Pratt and her husband Spencer left for The Bahamas this morning, she Tweeted. (Last night, she also wrote: "packing for the bahamas! watching [TV preacher] Joel Osteen! amen Joel praise Jesus!")

A rep for Pratt tells the New York Post, "She's been rehearsing in L.A. five days a week for the show."
Choreographer Michael Schwandt is assisting Pratt with her TV performance.
