Jennifer Aniston Gets Restraining Order Against Scary Stalker

Jennifer Aniston has been granted a temporary restraining order against a man who authorities claim traveled across the country to try to marry her.
Jason R. Peyton, 24, was detained last week after he spent days trying to find Aniston, 41, on Sunset Boulevard. On him: A sharp object, duct tape and love notes to the actress.
"Mr. Peyton has aggressively sought to have personal contact with me and integrate himself into my life," she said in a signed court declaration.

"Due to Mr. Peyton's delusional compulsion and increasingly harassing, stalking and threatening conduct, I have been subjected to a course of conduct which has and is seriously alarming, annoying and harassing me.
"Mr. Peyton's ongoing, ever-increasing, aggressive and harassing conduct are extremely distressing. I fear for my personal safety and that of those around me," her statement concluded.

According to court documents filed Tuesday, Peyton -- who is now on an involuntary psychiatric hold by Los Angeles police -- had been accused of stalking others and is disobeying court orders that he must take anti-psychotic medications.

A hearing is set for Aug. 9.

this isn't shocking. Male gold diggers are usually creepy and dangerous. Males dont have the same ability to seduce rich females that females have to seduce rich males. A female can seduce a rich man with just the power of her femininity.....but males dont have that same ability to seduce rich women... so they resort to REAL REAL creepy methods of gold digging like this creeper. I wish it was legal to shoot legit stalkers.

I'm so sick of criminals in general and stalkers are especially creepy. I'm not even a Jennifer Aniston fan but nobody, celebrity or "regular" person, should have to live with the fear of knowing that somebody is out to harm you. Keep safe, Jennifer.
It is very scary. Jen is a strong woman and will be careful. She's supported a Abuse Center for woman a long time and knows what can happen. Can't wait for The Switch. Stay safe. Our prayers are with you.
Okay just kidding! On a more serious note, though, wow, really scary. I wish that they would put his picture up so that people out there know what this creep looks like. I hope her body guards are going to be extra cautious. Its insane how these creeps build up these fantasy's in their heads and truly believe that these cream of the crop girls would give them the time of day!
