Jennifer Aniston shared a peek into her healthy diet

Rachel Green goes heavy on the greens! Jennifer Aniston has maintained her fit figure and healthy lifestyle from the decade she spent on Friends in her twenties to well into her forties as her movie career has picked up.

As busy as ever with recent roles in Horrible Bosses 2 and Cake, Aniston, 46, recently offered a peek into her diet, sharing the food that keeps her going as a part of a partnership with Living Proof. The veteran star serves as a spokeswoman for the skincare line and recently took over the beauty brand's Instagram account.

Aniston posted photos from her day, starting her morning with a healthy and energizing breakfast. The We're the Millers actress dined on grainy toast topped with a poached egg and a light dusting of herbs. She paired the toast with slices of tomato and avocado.

After getting in a workout at a barre class, Aniston mixed up her "perfect" salad for lunch. She scrapped the traditional lettuce mix for a buglur salad, adding cucumbers, parsley, mint, red onion, garbanzo beans, feta cheese, and pistachios.

Aniston, who later snacked on a cucumber, told Women's Health last year that her favorite healthy snack is frozen grapes. "I like the red ones — they’re really easy and delicious. They give you that frozen crunch. I was at a spa one time, and they gave me a little cup of frozen grapes after my mud bath soak or whatever. It was sort of like, 'This is genius.'"

"I have a lot of favorite workouts," she added to the mag. "I love cycling, I love yoga of course, and I recently started doing barre method — which is painful and hard. Variety is the key for me."
