Tyga, 26, was supposed to appear in court on Tuesday to face his former landlord, who filed a $480,000 judgment against the “Rack City” rapper because he fell behind in rent on his former pad in Malibu. The hip-hop star has yet to pay off his debt.

TMZ reports that the landlord’s attorneys appeared in court on Tuesday and told the judge that the landlord was upset by recent reports about Tyga purchasing his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, a $200,000 black Maybach for her upcoming 19th birthday.

According to the site, the landlord’s legal team claims that the Kingin’ With Tyga star’s purchase of the luxury vehicle is “a fraudulent transfer of assets that should go to satisfy the judgment.”

TMZ reports that the judge in the case issued a bench warrant, which means the dad of King Cairo, 3 — whom he shares with ex-fiancee Blac Chyna — could go to jail.

Though he was reportedly evicted from his home in Malibu back in February, Tyga reportedly signed a lease on a 12,800-square-foot Bel Air mansion in July. According to Entertainment Tonight, the luxe pad costs a cool $46,500 a month to rent.
