Kim Kardashian Shares Clip of Kanye West Reading Martin Luther King Poem as a Child

Showing off his early skills! Kim Kardashian shared an awesome video on Monday, January 18, which showed her husband, Kanye West, reciting a poem about Martin Luther King Jr. when he was just 13 years old.

The mom-of-two shared the video via Instagram and Twitter, which showed a mini West, confidently speaking in public, reciting a poem entitled "His Name Means Love."

The video, recorded in 1990, gives a glimpse of the rapper's early confidence, as he speaks passionately in a school assembly celebrating the civil rights leader’s life.

The young future Grammy winner is dressed in a smart white shirt and black tie. The post shared by Kardashian, 35, linked to the full video of her husband's early public speaking performance.

"Baby Kanye reciting a Martin Luther King poem," the reality TV star captioned the short clip. "Happy Martin Luther King Day."
