Get well, Kelly! Kelly Osbourne had a major health scare filming E!'s Fashion Police in L.A. on Thursday, March 7 -- suffering a sudden, 30-second seizure. Costar Melissa Rivers, crew members and an EMT in the audience rushed to her aid before the 28-year-old was rushed to the hospital via ambulance.
Still laid up at the hospital, a recovering Osbourne shared a rather graphic TwitPic -- a closeup of an IV in her arm -- and assured fans that doctors are still investigating what led to the seizure. "Thank U all 4 UR beautiful well wishes yes I did have a seizure they are just trying to figure out why?" Osbourne wrote.

Osbourne's rep told Us earlier on Thursday that the star was "awake, alert and in stable condition. She will be staying overnight for observation as a precautionary measure. There are no further details at this time."
No word yet from Kelly's famous family members, including mom Sharon Osbourne; Osbourne's The Talk costar Julie Chen spoke with Us Weekly about the incident at The Alliance for Children's Rights gala in Beverly Hills Thursday evening.

"I was actually working so I wasn't with [Sharon] when she found out," Chen explained to Us. "But we're sending our love to the whole family and to Kelly. Kelly's strong, she's an Osbourne, she'll be okay."
