Her hero! Kevin Hart revealed during The Ellen DeGeneres Show that he saved Lady Gaga's life at the 2016 Golden Globes in Beverly Hills on Sunday, January 10. The "You and I" singer — whose split-second collision with a startled Leonardo DiCaprio took over the internet that night — wasn't in immediate danger, but she did lose her footing after winning for Best Performance by an Actress in a Limited Series or TV Motion Picture for her role in American Horror Story: Hotel.

"She got an award. And what people don’t know, after she got the award, she was walking off and she fell. I, like, had to catch her. And when I caught her I said, 'I just want you to realize how big my arms are. They’re just … it could have been bad. It could have been really bad for you, but I saved your life,'" Hart, 36, told Ellen DeGeneres on Tuesday.

"How far did she fall?” DeGeneres asked.

Hart replied: "I didn’t let her go down that far because I’m a hero. The thing is like she was on her way down. It could have been brutal, you know, we’re talking blood, broken bones. But the inner hero in me grabbed her and my instincts kicked in, and I immediately cleared the camera. 'Move!' And then I had her and she was gasping for air."

The Ride Along actor brought his fiancée, Eniko Parrish, as his plus-one on Sunday night, while Lady Gaga, 29, was joined by her fiancé, Taylor Kinney. The two may be attached, but Hart didn't want the pop superstar to get any ideas after he gallantly came to her rescue.

"It was like a thing and I was like, 'I’m engaged,'" he told DeGeneres. "True story. That happened."
