Forget The Hollywood Hills — when it came to planning her wedding reception in Nashville, Tenn. with Jay Cutler, Kristin Cavallari went with a Southern, country feel.
As Us Weekly exclusively reported on Saturday, June 8, the pair exchanged vows at the Woodmont Christian Church after applying for their marriage license on Friday, June 7.
A source tells Us that 150 guests joined the couple as the former Hills star walked down the aisle wearing a white strapless dress, complete with a high belt and a bustled skirt. The source adds that the bride, 26, wore a veil with her hair half up and carried a bouquet of white peonies.
Her 30-year-old beau, a Chicago Bears quarterback, wore a gray suit while their little 10-month-old son, Camden, wore a matching gray vest and suit.
As for the bridal party, Cavallari's bridesmaids wore one-shoulder champagne colored dresses and carried bouquets of white and pink flowers.
The celebration continued with a reception at Houston Station in Nashville, where guests danced to a live band and noshed on food like ribs and biscuits.
"They looked incredibly happy and like they were having a great time," an eyewitness tells Us exclusively. "It was a fun, laid back wedding with lots of music and dancing."
The couple were first engaged in April 2011, but briefly called it off in July 2011 before reconciling.
In April, Cavallari told Us how excited she was to become Mrs. Jay Cutler.
"I like having that extra sense of security that you're with your buddy for the rest of your life," she explained. "You know they're not going anywhere."
