Lady Gaga's a Belieber!
The "Born This Way" singer made a new pal at Monday, May 4's 2015 Met Gala, and she wants the world to know about it.
During the event, held at New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art, the newly engaged singer hung out with some big name stars and snapped selfies with a few of them. But while she happily posed for pictures with one-time rivals Madonna and Katy Perry, it was a snap she took with 21-year-old Bieber that she really wanted to talk about.
Sharing the picture (which the "Baby" singer himself had already shared via Instagram way earlier in the day) on Tuesday, May 5, Gaga was keen to do her bit to stand up for the singer and tell the world that the man behind the image is a pretty good guy.
"He really has a sweetness to him. He grew up in front of the whole world," she wrote in the photo's caption when she shared it via Instagram. "I reminded him to not get bothered. Because at the end of the day. He's the boss. And life isn't always Roses. Lots of thorns."
Earlier this year, Bieber showed some of this sweetness when he appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to talk about the apology video he had made, addressing his past wrongdoings and run-ins with the police.
"I did a lot of things over the past few years that I’m not proud of," the singer told DeGeneres. "I just wanted to make the video to just let people know that I’m human, I love people, I love love, I’m passionate about things, and I’m passionate about being better and growing," he said.
