Rep: Levi Johnston's Working Out "Six Days a Week" for Playgirl Shoot

Levi Johnston is getting ready to bare all.
"Team Levi is in the process of preparing for his Playgirl appearance," his lawyer Rex Butler tells Usmagazine.com. "He is in the gym six days a week for the next three weeks."
Butler said he wasn't aware of any "particular issue" in which the photos would appear, but the issue should be out "probably before the end of the year."

TMZ.com previously reported that the 19-year-old Johnston -- who welcomed a son, Tripp, last December with Sarah Palin's daughter Bristol -- wasn't sure whether to show "the front or the back."

In the meantime, Johnston - a high school dropout who quit his oil field job - can be found in a new TV commercial for the Wonderful brand of pistachios.
As Johnston cracks open a nut, a voiceover chimes in, "Now Levi Johnston does it with protection."

Levi, take it from someone who knows: Work out with weights for one hour four days a week, plus do 45 minutes of cardio (at your age, 150-160 heartbeats per minute on a treadmill with a heart rate monitor) on each of the four days. On a fifth day, do cardio only. Rest on two days. Your body needs it. While you're doing this, eat 10 calories per pound of bodyweight, per day. No refined flour, no alcohol (I know, I know ...), and eat one or two peeled grapefruit each day. Do what I just told you, and in 2-3 months you'll barely recognize yourself.
Well this is what you get when parents encourage and underage "couple" to be part of a national campaign. If anyone here is at fault it is Todd & Sarah Palin for pretending like this guy was already family. They, not their daughter created this "monster". She could not make an assessment on this guy but we wanted her to lead a nation? I am sure he can at least name one magazine or newspaper he reads!

To all the haters: the guy is HOT. And if you actually knew what it took for him to decide to do this, you might actually understand.
