Molly Sims on Costar Josh Duhamel's Affair: 'Absolutely Not True'

Molly Sims has come out swinging in defense of her friend Josh Duhamel.
Sims, 35, acted alongside Duhamel on the NBC series Las Vegas, which ended its five-year run in 2008. The actress spoke on E!'s Daily 10 about her married costar's alleged one-night stand with an Atlanta stripper.
"It's absolutely not true," she says.

"I've worked with him for five years. You know, listen. Don't believe everything you read. Look at what's going on in so many other reality-based things in the world right now," she continues. "Someone's trying to make a lot of money."
Sims has remained in touch with Duhamel during his crisis: "We emailed yesterday," she says. "Jon is a great guy and it's sad cause his wife [Fergie] is amazing, too."

However they're feeling, Duhamel, 37 and Fergie, 34, have been spending some time apart. The Black Eyed Peas songstress has been all smiles performing in Europe over the past several days. Her embattled husband is back in Atlanta (where he is accused of having a torrid night with exotic dancer Nicole Forrester, 34) shooting his comedy Life As We Know It.

In a Nov. 5 statement to Entertainment Tonight, Fergie dismissed the reports. "These allegations are nonsense," she said.

27who are any of you to judge him. were you there when it allegiedly happend. no so get a life and quit talking about people when you know nothing of what really happend. you only know what you read. so leave Josh Duhamel, and Molly Sims, and Fergie alone. you truely need to get a life.

I don't know if he cheated or not, but what the hell is a married man doing in a strip club in the first place. I loved him as the sweetie he was back when he was playing Leo, but I don't know anymore.
My sister met Molly Sims a couple of times and said she is nothing but a total, pretentious and rude snob. So, who is she to judge Josh's character? She's just another person who thinks she is actually "someone" in this world because she is semi-famous. I think Josh thinks the same thing about himself. (He seemed WAY more down-to-earth when he was on the soap. But like the other poster said, Josh really hurt his former soap costar and once-good friend Rebecca Budig's feelings by cutting off all communication with her.) Obviously, Hollywood has gone to their heads, even moreso is Josh's case because he thinks that being famous means you can get whatever and WHOMEVER you want. Neither of these people live in the real world IMO. They don't have a CLUE as to what is really important. They are too caught up in what's in it for them. (And that goes for Fergie too!)

It's sad Josh still keeps up with his LV co-stars but snubs his AMC co-stars. In an interview, Rebecca Budig was crushed when she was asked about Josh that he won't return her calls anymore. He is soo into himself. Go to the superficial website and see how he poses when cameras are there.
Jasmine - how do you know he cheated & is a sex addict? Were you there? Also, where's all the proof - it's never been shown. Nicole is a stripper & is out for the money. As for Molly - she's defending a "friend" because she worked with him & has some idea of his moral character.
Why is Molly Sims even considered famous enough to be in this magazine? Her commenting on this matter is just another pathetic attempt to try to get a job and to force herself on the American public. She is a terrible actress and she looks about 10 yrs older than her actual age.

Molly was asked about Josh while doing publicity for sometihng else. She did not go out looking to talk. Fergie is no way going to let the stripper think she won and show she is hurt or dump Josh now. She will take her time she she doesn't give the stripper the satisfaction of winning, unless she knows the stripper is full of it for a good reason. It's not that hard to fake a polygraph and there is no real evidence he did more than go to that strip club.
