Exclusive: Pal: Sandra and Jesse Have "Very Nasty" Phone Fights
Sandra Bullock -- who briefly emerged from hiding on Wednesday -- knows exactly where she stands with estranged husband Jesse James.
"She has made up her mind," a Bullock friend says in the new issue of Us Weekly, out now. "She is talking to her lawyer and definitely decided to file for divorce from Jesse...She is over him."

Bullock, 45, isn't just taking phone calls from her attorneys. She has also been speaking -- sporadically and furiously -- to her husband of nearly five years.

"When they do talk, it's very little and very nasty," the friend explains. "She won't forgive him for this."

Motorcycle mogul James, 40, has been accused of carrying on affairs with up to five women. On Tuesday, it was reported that he checked himself into Sierra Tuscon, an Arizona rehab which specializes in drug, alcohol and sex addiction, as well as other disorders.
Bullock, meanwhile, has more than just divorce on her mind: she's also thinking about Sunny, her 6-year-old stepdaughter. (Sunny's biological mom is James' ex-wife Janine Lindemulder, a porn star currently in a halfway house.) The actress is determined to remain in Sunny's life, Bullock's friend says.

"Sandra knows there are [legal] obstacles, but she doesn't care...she will fight this with everything in her." (A rep for Bullock tells Us, "She is not pursuing custody of Sunny.")

LISTEN you "people"! I have read articles in the past where Sandra said she was a very "difficult" person. She's German for gosh sake!!!! I'm SICK of everyone slamming Jesse James and just what is all you peoples' "mentality" to judge him???!!!! Do YOU know his soul????? Maybe they were just mismatched and it's that damn simple!!! The guy is a pig. The new thing in Hollywood is Sex Rehab now, I guess. It's just a pathetic excuse for Jesse, because he knows he's scum and should have never cheated on Sandra. If there was nothing to love, then why did he marry her? Obviously she meant absolutely nothing, because he cheated on her. He's a pathetic excuse of a human being. I give this man no sympathy. He ought to be ashamed of himself. I hope Sandra sticks to her guns and leaves the trash, and not be like some of the Hollywood women and stay because they're either braindead, or they feel they need a man in their lives to complete them. Sandra is a beautiful, successful, witty, smart lady, and she can do and find much better in a man. It doesn't matter if Jesse had a past, she obviously loved him enough to accept all his past and move on and help raise his children with him. How could he go on shows and say how he has been honest with her, when he never was? It takes a strong woman to accept the past of this man, and it takes some kind of love to accept it, and want to make something better. I admire her, and I hope she gets the private time she needs to pull her thoughts together and get back out in the spotlight and makes some movies and live out her life, like she should be able too.
I've thought about this and thought about this. He's in midlife crisis. Its a known fact that Males with wives their senior hit midlife crisis 10000x harder than males with wives their junior. When a rich male with a wife his senior hits 40-45.... he's going to go "waaaa! I'm 41 and my life is half over. I want a hot young woman! " and then he sees his older wife and then goes "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!". But... when a rich 41 year old man with a 26 year old wife hits midlife crisis.. its different. "Waaa. I'm 41 and my life is half over. I want a hot young woma.... oh wait. I already have one. Whew. This midlife crisis thing isnt so bad. Ah. Now where are the keys to my sports car".

What is it with all these unnamed "friends", "pal", etc who seem to think it is their duty to talk about their "friends" personal life? If they're such good friends and they have their friends permission to talk, why don't they use their names? I'm glad I don't have "friends" and "pals" like them!
