During their visit to the Big Apple this week, Witherspoon, 37, and Toth, 42, headed to Cellar Bar at the Bryant Park Hotel on Wednesday, May 15. The Legally Blonde actress and her husband of two years ordered "one round of cocktails," a source tells Us Weekly. "Reese had a vodka soda with two lemons."

Since their shocking Apr. 19 arrest in Atlanta, the twosome have publicly apologized for their behavior and are now moving on with their lives.

"We went out to dinner in Atlanta and we had one too many glasses of wine," Witherspoon, who is mom to daughter Ava, 13, and sons Deacon, 7, and Tennessee, 8 months, admitted in an interview with Good Morning America on May 2. "We thought we were fine to drive and we absolutely were not . . . We know better and we shouldn't have done that."
