Rachel Uchitel might be getting ready for her Playboy closeup.
Uchitel, the first alleged Tiger Woods mistress to emerge over two weeks ago, is reportedly "in talks" to pose for the men's magazine, ExtraTV reports.
Currently negotiating a deal, the 34 year-old NYC event planner "wants a lot of money," a source claims to Extra.
The National Enquirer reported Uchitel's supposed affair with Woods in its Nov. 25 issue. Two days later, Woods and wife Elin reportedly got into a heated argument over the story — contributing to his late-night car crash outside their Florida home.
Uchitel has denied their affair to Usmagazine.com ("I met him twice and have not heard from him since"). But multiple sources insist otherwise, saying the pair were involved for six months — and that she was flown to Australia in November to be with her lover, her airfare paid by a Woods pal.

Uchitel hired famed celeb lawyer Gloria Allred to represent her, but a Dec. 3 press conference was abruptly cancelled. Lisa Bloom, Allred's daughter and a CNN legal correspondent, speculated to Us that Uchitel scored millions from Woods' camp to keep quiet.
