Rihanna Slams Magazine for "Disrespectful," "Desperate" Racial Slur

Some insults are too terrible to ignore.
In a recent issue of the Dutch magazine Jackie, Rihanna was referred to as "the ultimate ni***bitch" (as excerpted by ParlourMagazine.com). After readers expressed their outrage at the mag's racism and factual inaccuracies (it claimed Rihanna was Jamaican, she she is actually from Barbados), Jackie apologized on their Facebook page.

But that wasn't enough for the "Man Down" songstress, 23. On Monday, she tweeted at Jackie's editor in chief, Eva Hoeke. "I hope you can read English, because your magazine is a poor representation of the evolution of human rights," she fumed. "I find you disrespectful, and rather desperate. You ran out of legit, civilized information to print!"

"There are [thousands] of Dutch girls who would love to be recognized for their contributions to your country. You could have given them an article," she added. "Instead, you paid to print one degrading an entire race. That's your contribution to this world: to encourage segregation, to mislead the future leaders and to act in the past."

"On behalf of my race," the outspoken star wrote. "Here are my two words for you: F**K YOU!"

12SOME people in the African-American/Black race use the N word....NOT ALL. Please remember that before a statement is made about what the entire community is suppose to do. I personally don't use the word and I know many people that don't either. It only shows a person's ignorance with they judge an entire race of people by the actions of SOME.
WTF I does be reading though, so someone used a racist name and you all are saying that at least she was mentioned?!?!?!? you can't ask and expect respect and then disrespect yourself and your race by using the "N" word. This word is used way to much in our race to jump on others outside our race - Lead by example Rhianna - I remember when Richard prior after a trip to Africa came back and said he was never using that word again - wonder what it will take for others

Um .... let me start by saying I do NOT agree with the use of this word - however, Rihanna says it VERY frequently on Twitter, referring not only to herself, but to others in particular as well as the African American race as a whole. So basically, SHE is allowed to say it to others, but no one can say it about her?? Very hypocritical!!

I think she deserved to speak her peace. Someone called her a racist name in a magazine. They needed to be called out for it. That word should not be used, and in a magazine. what kind of editor is that anyway? Good for you for saying something to the editor!
