Making sweet music! Taylor Swift and Zayn Malik surprised fans on Thursday, December 8, when they revealed they’ve collaborated on a track for the upcoming Fifty Shades Darker movie.

The “Shake It Off’ singer posted a sneak peak of “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever’ on Twitter with it playing over a sexy trailer from the raunchy flick, and no sooner had it hit iTunes than it reached their No.1 spot.

On Wednesday, the former One Direction boy band member, 23, teased his social media followers by sharing a black-and-white photo of him and Swift, with one of her pet cats.

He’d captioned it with the simple hashtag #idontwannaliveforever.

The song was penned by Swift, 26, Sam Dew and Fun. frontman Jack Antonoff, and it’s the first time Swift has released new music since her 2014 album, 1989.

Swift’s good friend and Antonoff’s girlfriend, Lena Dunham, expressed her excitement over the track with a congratulatory Instagram post.

“Holy motherf--king shit!!!” she captioned the promotional poster of the soundtrack. “My boyfriend is a genius and he wrote the new single from Fifty Shades Darker with Sam Dew and my girl @taylorswift (who has never sounded more sultry) and then there's @zayn blowing up my whole heart. SO. DAMN. PROUD of @jackantonoff ❤️👅❤️ On iTunes now I just bought itttttttt."

As Us Weekly reported the movie’s full-length trailer, featuring the stars Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan, was released on December 7.

Fifty Shades Darker hits theaters on February 10, 2017.
