It was one piece of "reality TV" that Jenelle Evans didn't want fans to see.
On Monday, the Teen Mom 2 star was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor for disorderly conduct after TMZ posted a web video in which she and two other young women are caught in a brutal, physical fight.
Now, the MTV reality star, 19, claims that one of her sparring partners in the video, Brittany Maggard, turned a profit with the shocking tape. Evans charges that Maggard sold the clip to the media for $45,000.
"She told me herself and I got very upset," Evans told E! "I cried for two hours."
Maggard has admitted to picking a fight with Evans, and was charged with simple assault. The third woman involved in the fight, Britany Truett, plans to claim self-defense, her attorney told E!
Evans' own lawyer said of the charge: "Based on the information I have received, I believe Jenelle was set up."
The mother to 19-month-old son Jace is next due in court April 26.
