It's official now!

Teen Mom fan favorite couple Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra have finally set a wedding date, after delaying their nuptials in order to focus on high school graduation.

The happy bride-to-be confirmed the date, July 15, 2013, on her Twitter page.

Already seeking wedding planning advice from her followers, the Michigan-based Lowell has long envisioned her perfect ceremony, which will be held on the couple's nine-year anniversary.

"Me and Tyler really want to do it in California. Tyler really wants a cliff [overlooking water and he] wants all these flowers everywhere," she told Us Weekly in August 2010, the same year she accepted Baltierra's proposal.

As for a possible dress, Lowell favors the mermaid style. "Those dresses are gorgeous. The ones that are slim fit are what I've been thinking," she told Us.

No word yet on if the couple's 2-year-old daughter, Carly -- whom they gave up for adoption shortly after her birth -- will be in attendance.

why so many negative comments? since when is finding the one you will spend your life with a bad thing? and why do they need to wait till they are 25? or wait till they have a career? they love eachother, they have been together a very long time, they have been through so much and made it. when you find someone like that you dont let them go. im happy for them!

first of all i knew Catelynn years ago in 2005-2006 we were good friends. Tyler and her were dating then. its not like they are just starting out. they have years into this. and to say "get a career" how do you know they dont work? i happen to know that they both do work. full time at that. the show is "extra". i think its is great they have set a date. and i wish them all the best. i have seen this first hand. they love each other and would do anything for each other. i say congrats!!! and wish them many more years of happiness together.

As a teen mom myself, I find that I have a very hard time watching this show- some of these kids just do not have much common sense, and appear to have very little concern for reality and for the sacrifices and changes that come with parenthood- Tyler and Catelynn appear to be one of the (very) few exceptions. Yes, they are young, but I think sometimes we are lucky enough to meet "the one" at an early age. I met my husband when I was 13 years old. 18 years later, we are still together, happily married and I love him as much today as I ever have. Life is hard, but if two people are willing to make a true commitment to each other, and if they take that commitment seriously and honor the vows they made, they can make it work. Congratulations, Tyler and Catelynn. I wish you a lifetime of happiness together.

Yes Zachary that is why society is how it is, excuse someone who has a different point of view from you all....he is somewhat correct and what is happening children are having children...she gave up her baby and that was her choice so I hope everything works out for her 2013 is a long way off

can they even afford a big wedding, in california nonetheless? or is MTV going to pay for that?

Zachary are you speaking from experience? People can grow from experience which can be gained. This couple seems to be the most stable and they knew they could not give their baby what the baby needed and found a stable home for the baby with a couple who could give the baby what she needed. I think maybe you should take a long look in the mirror, misery loves company and you seem to have a lot of misery and negativity. Good luck to the couple and may you strive to be what you want and nothing like this negative and miserable person Zachary.

Then do something about it discipline your children and be there for them. Don't just expect them to know what to and what not to do. Most teens get pregnant because the parents don't even talk to their children about sex. They assume they will never think about having sex. So they don't put their daughters on birth control so the daughter will assume the guy will wear protection. Don't just complain about do something about it.

To Zachary, I agree that there was lack of responsibility with teens getting pregnant so young, but for the record and in THIS SPECIFIC COUPLES DEFENSE... they MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE by giving their daughter up for adoption, in order to ensure she has a GREAT life and get's everything they knew they'd never be able to give her. SO GET OVER YOURSELF! CONGRATS TO THE HAPPY COUPLE! KEEP MAKING GOOD CHOICES AND IGNORE PEOPLE LIKE ZACHARY!

people are going to get no where, there is a reason they are on teen mom. Every person there has something in common, lack of discipline, lack of a good education, lack of intelligence, lack of everything that matters in live. good luck
