These two! Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra have been together for more than 10 years, and that’s longer than any other Teen Mom couple can boast. The pair, who tied the knot in a beautiful Michigan castle in August, are closer than ever.
On Sunday, Oct. 11, Baltierra shared a sweet throwback photo, kissing his sweetheart on Instagram.
“Me & my wife @catelynnmtv when we were 15,” he captioned the photo of the youngsters. “I really can't understand what I have done in my life to deserve such a sacrificial, unconditional, & enduring love with such a beautiful soul like hers…but I'm glad we found each other so young…because now as adults we get to love each other longer! #MyBabe #MyWife #MyBestFriend.”
Baltierra and Lowell made the tough decision to place their first daughter, Carly, for adoption in 2009, as was documented on MTV's 16 and Pregnant. They then went through the open adoption process with Brandon and Teresa Davis on Teen Mom, choosing to stay involved in Carly’s life.
On New Year’s Day of this year, the pair welcomed their second daughter, Novalee, whom they parent themselves. The little one served as the flower girl in their August wedding, which was attended by MTV costars Maci Bookout, Amber Portwood, and Kailyn Lowry.
