How's Bill? How's Chelsea? How's your cellulite? Tyra Banks pushed political talk aside (for the most part!) when she met Hillary Clinton back in the day. The America's Next Top Model host revealed in a New York Times Q&A that the women once spoke freely about their bodies.
"Oh, my God, she was so relaxed and so cool. We talked about cellulite and she was like: 'Yeah, I’ve got cellulite, and I look in the mirror, and I don’t have any clothes on, and I don’t like everything I see,'" Banks, 41, recalled. "It was that kind of conversation."
The former secretary of state and New York senator — who is currently running for president — dropped by The Tyra Banks Show back in 2008. During the chat, Clinton recalled when she first met Bill Clinton at Yale Law School. Some highlights? Bill made the first move and said "I love you" first!
In the revealing interview, Hillary, 67, also spoke about forgiving the former president after his infamous affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky.
"I really had to dig down deep and think hard about what was right for me and what was right for my family," Hillary said. "And I never doubted Bill's love for me, ever. And I never doubted my faith and my commitment to our daughter and extended family. But I had to decide what I had to do. And I think it's so important to be able to hear yourself at a moment when it's hard."
Banks seemed impressed with Hillary's honesty at the time. "I actually like Hillary personally," Banks told the NYT. "She was just so free-flowing."
