Zac Efron, who turns 22 Oct. 18, likes his new film Me and Orson Wells a whole lot more than his earlier work.

"It's the first time I've ever watched a movie [that I'm in] and in the end I'm like 'OK! I didn't check my watch once!" the High School Musical star says of the drama in the November issue of NYLON Guys magazine.

oh zip it. He was just in my town filming and was beyond gracious to his fans. He would patiently meet fans, sign autographs, and he posed for a zillion photos. He's allowed to vent.

Why do celebrities always put their foot in their mouths and talk sh** about the hand that feed them and probably still does.

    I agree!

YEah, Zac is showing a really ungrateful unlikable side of himself. Whether you like HSM or not, millions of children all over the world were touched by those films, and thus insulting will only turn your fans away from you. Plus, no matter what, HSM was what started your career, so embrace it.

  • October 08, 2009 - 6:59pm Attitude of gratitude

He sounds a bit ungrateful at the success HSM provided him. Most celebrities started with movies they were less than pleased with, but most were grateful to have them as they provided exposure, money, and their SAG card. An attitude of gratitude would go a long way Zach. You never know when your career will be over, so enjoy every bit of it while you can, even the past and the HSM days.
