actually the waist down is kind of pretty,,, so redesign the top part to match, coming to a fitted gathering under the arms,,,,,,,,, or a stiff fabric standing away from the bust to make her shoulders look wider. a pretty girl, but Y-I-K-E-S for that thing u call a dress!

This photo is really awful,,, it looks as if the bust part is made of two hands trying to pinch the boobs. Who ever designed this was way off in aesthetics. this dress is not flattering to the female figure, it is grotesque looking :/

If the bodice were as beautiful as the skirt, the dress would be pretty fabulous. The hair is not quite big enough to qualify as 80s style.
