Check Out Our Wedding Location!
When Eric and I first got engaged, one of venues we were first drawn to was the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in downtown Washington, D.C. Tom Cruise filmed a movie there, and President Barack Obama has spoken there. fter emailing them for information, we had write it off as an option because it was out of our budget. (The price -- including all the food and linen rental -- is $43,000.) So when we were told that this gorgeous building would be the ceremony and reception site for our wedding, we were beyond ecstatic.
The Pavillion Room is on a floor entirely of its own -- so whereas the building is a busy, public area, our ceremony and reception will still be an intimate and private setting. The area that will be the room for the cocktail hour is amazing -- it has a more modern feel to it. There are three doors that lead to the beautiful Pavilion room. It is a circular room that has high ceilings and 6 doors that lead to little balconies with different views of the city. It is a perfect site and is exactly where I want to marry my perfect guy!
