Video: Inside the Star-Packed Breaking Dawn Red Carpet Premiere!

Vampires and werewolves and hotties, oh my!

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 premiered Monday in L.A., and Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and all the film's stars brought their A-game to the red carpet.

Ashley Greene brought her brother as a date, while Kellan Lutz brought girlfriend Sharni Vinson to the premiere. "She's just full of life, very energetic and she's so happy," the 26-year-old gushed to reporters. "She's a genuine person and she's very happy."

Pattinson, 25, stunned in a Gucci suit. "I do like a nice suit," he said. His girlfriend opted for a Jay Mendel dress. "Somebody asked me to describe it, and I was like, 'Well, it's purple and it's a gown!'" Stewart, 21, said.

Lautner, 19, looked handsome in a baby blue Alexander McQueen suit. "I like the color, but most of all I like that it's comfortable," he said.

Other stars who came out for the premiere? Twilight's Nikki Reed, Peter Facinelli and Elizabeth Reaser, along with Heather Locklear, Rob Lowe, Willow Smith and Jennifer Love Hewitt.
