Jenna Fischer Debuts Wedding Ring at Emmys!

Jenna Fischer flashed her stunning wedding ring for the first time at Sunday's Emmys in Los Angeles. The Office star, 36, also got cozy with husband Lee Kirk on the carpet.

I don't think you'll find many guys who think Jenna Fischer is ugly. Her beauty may not be the kinds that makes you say "wow!" when she enters a room, but spend a little time with her and pretty soon you'll be thinking, "I wouldn't mind looking at that gorgeous face the rest of my life."

I don't think women jump out and criticize other women just to be mean...I agree with some other posts on this board...I think the reason she gets criticized is really because she is just an awful actress and people are sick of seeing such low-talent plastered all over the tv!
Why do some women feel the need to critize other women for how they look. Jenna Fischer seems like a lovely person and so what if she doesn't look how you think she should? What does it matter to you? Women always say men and society are hard on women, but I think other women are far worse!
