Jessica Szohr: Gossip Girl Helped Me Learn How to Dress!

Jessica Szohr has a lot to thank Gossip Girl for. Not only did she meet her boyfriend, Ed Westwick, on set, but she also found her fashion sense!

"I'm learning more and more about clothes and designers from being a part of Gossip Girl and living in New York," the star tells the April issue of Lucky. "In fittings now, I'm like, 'I love that Diane von Furstenberg skirt or this Rag & Bone jacket,' whereas before, I wouldn't have recognized those labels."

The 25-year-old actress has even transformed her own look based on the avant-garde style of her character.

"I see all these pieces that Vanessa wears and I’m like, 'Wait, I've got to get that!'" she says.

The star -- who loves "big, chunky rings," says "Thakoon dresses fit me really well" and has been "carrying a lot of Rebecca Minkoff bags" lately -- has an undeniable attraction to one designer above any other.

"It's happened to me so many times," she says. "I’ll pick something up off a rack and it will inevitably be Marc Jacobs."

And one thing she and her beau have in common? Menswear.
