Jourdan Dunn is launching tank tops that you won’t want to take off this summer … and with good reason. The model, 25, teamed up with the ActuallySheCan campaign to create T-shirts with empowering messages.
“The #ActuallySheCan tanks are the perfect way to inject some positivity into your life, with motivational slogans that encourage the best in all of us,” Dunn, who’s the face of the collection, said in a press release.
The ActuallySheCan x JD tanks ($32, LeMotto.com/ActuallySheCan) feature encouraging words of wisdom like “Less hesitation, more meditation,” “Less regret, more sweat” and “Less drama, more karma.” While the messages are cheeky, the campaign, founded by Allergan, aims to inspire confidence in millennial women who dare to dream. A majority of the proceeds from this tank will go to AcademyWomen, a nonprofit for past, present and future military leaders. Now that’s girl power!
Dunn, who’s mom to son Riley, promoted her tank in a very Zen Instagram post, sitting cross-legged on a couch. “New day, new inspiration,” the Well Dunn cooking show host captioned on June 9. Though she wore the “Less hesitation, more meditation” tee, Dunn would create her own slogan if she had the chance.
“Well, I have to work Dunn in somehow. ‘Get It Dunn’?” she told Glamour. “I’m not sure if that’s a good one, but let’s say, ‘Get It Dunn’—even if it’s a bit rubbish!”
