All she needs is a guitar!
Following up those sexy short shorts from Robert Downey Jr.‘s birthday bash, Katie Holmes attended the Tribeca Film Festival 2015 premiere of Eternal Princess, which she directed, on Friday, April 17, in NYC, looking like a total rock-and-roll bombshell.
The Dawson’s Creek alum, 36, slipped her lithe frame into a white tee and black skinny jeans, topped off by a studded ebony vest. Keeping it straightforward and sexy, Holmes also added pointed-toe stiletto heels and two thin bangles.
But it wasn’t just her ensemble that purred. The mom to 9-year-old Suri Cruise (who joined her at the premiere) rocked air-dried curls, breezily tousled to frame her face, as well as kohl-rimmed eyes and a brick lip.
While Holmes played it cool at the premiere, Eternal Princess marked her debut as a director—a role she’ll be playing a lot more in the near future. “I really enjoy this process of directing. I’m getting ready to direct a feature [All We Had],” she told Us Weekly. “I really like hearing different people’s stories—hearing what people have to say—so I’m excited to get behind the camera again and to be a part of telling a narrative.”
To cap the night, Holmes shared a black and white snap with the film’s inspiration, former gymnast Nadia Comaneci, via Instagram. “Great night with my dear friend Nadia @tribecafilmfestival @espn @30for30,” the brunette beauty captioned the shot.
