Kim’s older sister, 37, stepped out on July 25 wearing a simple spaghetti-strap negligee as a blouse. Channeling her inner ’90s diva, she popped it over a white T-shirt and added the shortest denim cutoffs that flashed her booty. Suede Stuart Weitzman ankle boots added a finished touch.
